● Lifebook happened at a perfect time in my life. I was struggling to find a path & understand the direction for my life, with Emotions, relations, career & intellectual category being my major focus.
● Before Lifebook my introspection score was 76 & now that I've completed it, the score has risen to 116 with me feeling the change as of now from within more than out, but that's fine I guess as all changes outside first start from changes or the feeling/existence of change within.
● I'm clear on the direction to start with and with my defined strategies I'm sure I'll reach my goals too and infact have started acting upon a few as well during the course, as Jon & Missy says take that 1st step instead of getting overwhelmed. To start with, I started implementing a morning routine taught in the 5am club by Robin Sharma, being an insomniac, having terrible sleep patterns due to endless reasons & hating the concept of early rising since birth before Lifebook & the 5am club happened to me now I get up at 4:30 an daily and enjoy the morning in a way I can't describe in words.
●I guess Lifebook happened to me because I was true to myself in finding the right path & self growth. I manifested Lifebook as a guidance into my life❤
●I'm thankful to MINDVALLEY for a wonderful collaboration and to Jon & Missy for curating this beautiful process & their mission because of which so many people are being positively affected.
