Before Lifebook I knew for sure that I needed to be fit to even live, the first time I watched Jon on the Health and Fitness Category, I begun exercise and I have not missed a day since. I have curved out times slots for everything in my daily schedule, my personal time, my children's time, resetting my intellectual life, and literally every aspect of the 12 categories. I feel like a new person.
