Before Lifebook, I was struggling to have a life vision for myself including all categories of life. I would have moments where I would feel what is right to do, but putting them on paper in a structured manner with strategies and defining the purpose brought more clarity and consciousness to have it executed without making excuses to constantly postpone. I appreciate the simplicity of the program.
