"I don't feel so alone and overwhelmed anymore, and that already is a big change"

The exercise of stopping and looking into very important aspects of my life that before Lifebook were more like hustles and anxiety triggers, and lay them down in a clear, structured way was magical. I feel like I have a place to go back to everyday, a guide and a friend to accompany me on my journey towards my best life. I don't feel so alone and overwhelmed anymore, and that already is a big change.
