I can still become the best version of myself at almost 60. Thanks LB

Before Lifebook I had been retrenched and because of racism and agism in SA, found it impossible to be reemployed. Thanks to Lifebook, I realized two things. Firstly that my life is actually pretty good, and I had actually achieved so much. Secondly it highlighted that I have only 2 areas that need serious focus, and I had actually done so well in 10/12 areas. Once I had identified my values and character strengths I have been able to create a career plan which is alternative and exciting. And now, my life will be different, invigorating and it will keep me much more stimulated than I would have been had I stayed in the corporate world. In terms of physical fitness I have lost weight and am already fitter than I have ever been. My friends are envious of my path going forward, and although I am nervous, I can still become the best version of myself at almost 60. Thanks LB!
