The life book is a structured format to create clear cut goals. Though as a NLP Master Life Coach and a Trainer, I have been working on my life goals based on Wheel of Life concepts, but creating a living document in a form or a Lifebook is creative. 
 I believe this document will be my legacy and a personal tale for my descendants. This is the way i can leave my legacy behind, my lessons learnt so that my offsprings can learn from my experiences.
