“Now at the age of 51 I have the body back that I had at 17”

When I did Lifebook in spring 2017 I came across Jon’s picture of his body at the age of 29 and 49. The picture fascinated me and challenged my subconscious to believe that everybody has to look and feel old just because it has been born a certain number of years ago.

The picture also inspired me to set a goal for myself in the Health & Fitness category to get the body back that I had at 17. I was never terribly overweight but the weight just kept creeping up a little bit every year since I was 20, no matter what I did.

Over the past 10 months, I have completely changed my diet and exercise and now at the age of 51, I have the body back that I had at 17! I hope this picture will challenge some more subconscious believes and inspire others to do the same.
