Before I signed on with Lifebook I knew where I wanted to be in life but I was still trapped in old patterns & my old body. I would get overwhelmed or multi-task without completing anything. I would put important things off like working out or following through with business calls that I had to return or make up excuses as to why I did something that was on my list of things "I don't want to do anymore."
I was spinning my wheels in every area of my life that mattered; mental, physical, spiritual, emotional & financial. The reason I enrolled in this Journey simply put is that I want to have it all. I want to experience all of my goals & dreams. And when I saw John & Missy's dream life, I felt so connected to that, I made a decision that it was time to make all of this happen for me now. So I cut off the puppet strings that were holding me back & dove in.
My takeaways from this journey are that there is nothing to stop me from living the life I've always dreamed of. I just had to get really clear on what it was that I wanted & follow through with my plans.
I've noticed a big change in my old patterns & work diligently on staying conscious, moment by moment. I created a soft schedule for my mornings with mediation & fitness. And if I don't follow through because of schedule issues, I don't beat myself up, I just get to it as soon as I can because it's calling me now. I have been more conscious of my decisions & spend all of my free time studying how to master my mind & body. I have accomplished most of my goals in all of the areas I work on & now have challenged myself to the next level because I cannot stop growing & achieving is the greatest feeling. And the best part is that I have a beautiful relationship with my husband.
After writing my 250-page Lifebook :), I became inspired to write one of the many books I've been "meaning" to write for 30 years & it's been smooth sailing for me. I can't believe I waited so long.
I recommend this Journey to anyone who has reached the point in life where they know exactly who they want to be & what they want to do but they are stuck or overwhelmed with the details or the next step. I was paralyzed in a limited-programmed-belief system. I believed I wasn't good enough or smart enough but I also had a spark inside me that wouldn't let go. I could see my future but didn't know quite how to get there.
This process helped me to get very clear on my journey which lifted so much stress off my back & mind. And when I completed it, I was someone different & better in so many ways.
