Lifebook is exactly what I needed in my life. Never before have I been able to tie together the core fundamental self-development philosophies with a concrete plan. Looking at our lives holistically is a game changer. In the past lack of emotional maturity has often sidetracked my efforts to grow as a person. I would get into a funk, then depression and all momentum gained for months of hard work was wiped out. With Lifebook I can now see how we have to address these many different facets of ourselves to truly be a balanced, centered successful person. I am so excited to see how quickly I am changing since starting this journey. My plan is rock solid. I have 100% understanding of where I am going and how to get there.
