"I am proud"

Lifebook has been a true eye opener for me. Before this Quest, I was truly Teresa in Wonderland, traveling life with no destination or direction. 

Thanks to this program I have completed the Lifebook course with a map, a compass and a guide to my Ideal life Vision. Presently I am working on my Life Vision Synopsis and sharing my story. Initially my Lifebook assessment was at the critical stage in at least 8 or 9 categories. Six weeks later when I took the assessment again I became “above average” ~ what a difference six weeks makes. This goes to prove what a difference a shift in the mindset can make. 
I’ve learned to dismiss negative thoughts, emotions immediately for positive ones can improve any category of my life. I am proud of that shift. I know who I am, and whose I am. I now have to introduce Teresa Wales to the world in all 12 Categories. Self-actualization of my life has lead me towards being an extraordinary person. My Ultimate challenge to myself is to implement the strategies of my life vision. Thank you Lifebook family for challenging me to change my life and I look forward to creating my Destination.
