" I am finding new ways to develop my Health and Fitness journey"

Before this Quest, I was searching for something to do in the next chapters of my life having been newly retired. I've been meandering through life finding new ways to enjoy and keep busy.
My newfound journey kept me fit and happy as I continued to travel and enjoy the new chapters of my life.
The onset of the Covid pandemic had a profound effect on my journey which left me quarantining at home most of my days. I needed to find something worthwhile to do which would have a profound effect on accepting change and continuing on my path to an extraordinary life.

Lifebook gave me that structure and guidance to weather the storm of change as a result of the pandemic. I am finding new ways to develop my Health and Fitness journey, reading more books while in isolation, focus on being consciously aware and executing on the other categories.
My goal is to be 12 categories smart. I want to transition from being unconscious competent to conscious competent by being purposeful, intelligent, and effective. With good intentions and fortitude I will build upon my new resource called Lifebook. Thank you to Jon and Missy for sharing this journey with us! Indeed the world needs this Quest right now.
