The Lifebook Masterclass came at the heels of some of the most painful yet expansive life experiences I had. I had two miscarriages in the past two years and had started to question everything in life, even my desire to be alive. Thankfully, I was able to heal from those life events and continue to love my babies without experiencing any pain from the memory of them. This put me on a healthier path of questioning everything - why we do what we do; if happiness if at the core of all that we desire how do I focus on that and let all material things follow organically, including more children; how the universe works and what's my place in it; how can I be the best version of myself for my own sake and for my husband and my wonderful 5-year-old daughter; and how do I raise my daughter and my future kids to be the best versions of themselves. Through this transformative experience which also took me on a journey to launch my own business to coach and help other women and families heal post-pregnancy losses, I ran into Jon & Missy's Lifebook program. My life quotient at the beginning of the program was 90. Not too bad but I knew I had work to do. Through this journey with Jon & Missy, I was able to spend isolated time with two aspects of my life per week and really think about my beliefs, why I had those beliefs, what I wanted to keep, what I wanted to change, and which ones I wanted to get rid of, envision the next level of life in each category, and build a strategy. I was strategic with my strategies - building only small, baby steps in this version of my Lifebook. Gradually, I was able to gain clarity in areas where I was fuzzy and reinforce my beliefs in areas that were already clear. And voila! my life quotient at the end of the program was 105! My score increased in every single category. Most of that came from the ability to clearly define my vision in each category, which in itself is huge because you gotta know where you are headed. Fuzzy targets get rarely hit, and I don't want to leave it up to chance. I am the creator of my own reality. Thank you, Jon & Missy, for this beautiful and valuable experience. You are a source of inspiration and I hope throughout each of our future interactions, which I am sure there will be many of, I'll be sharing how I'm living my life vision and that in fact, my life vision has expanded into more with each passing year because I am capable of dreaming of more, achieving more, and living more.
