Although I did not recognize it at the time, I entered the Lifebook course with scattered vision. I had thought that I had been pretty well cohesive as I made my plans for re-creating my life (at 70 years old with hopes of retiring someday), but I quickly discovered that the truth of the situation was a bit different than that. Just like conversations in my head always sound much more communicative than actual conversations do, my plans were pretty nebulous in some areas. I am extremely grateful for the clarity of vision for my life that I developed while immersed in the Lifebook process.

There has been significant changes in my life. The most noticeable one is health and fitness and handling emotions. Still pending is going through the mastery course, which I am confident that it will bring to life many of the ideas I have put in paper regarding the different categories of my life.
