Before Lifebook, i was assessed by my mentor using a holistic women's health assessment.
An assessment that covers all aspects of a woman in order to achieve her wellness. As part of the certification program I also tried using it on 2 of my friends and 2 of my colleagues to build my strength and confidence as a women's health coach.
I already know my life journey, which areas needed improvement and what strategies to do.
