For the first time in my life I thought about all the aspects of it. I realized how much I was losing in some areas and I now I understand how it's all connected. I have a map and can explore life from different perspectives. I already can see some differences based only on a mindset change, and I can say I improved my overall happiness a lot, and there's still lots of potential in the short run
