"Has allowed me to confidently flourish and bloom, and to logically plan to fulfill my vision"

Kathryn Gale (Geelong, Australia) I came to the Lifebook Program, having recently retired and after courageously surviving a divorce (after 28 years of marriage).
I had thankfully already completed Katherine Woodward-Thomas’s Conscious Uncoupling program, which had saved me! Katherine’s generosity and wisdom, helped me steer away from a possible path of self-pity, pain and hopelessness, towards acceptance, forgiveness and a firm belief and faith in a positive future. Which then led me to Lifebook. And now here I am, with a renewed confidence in my ability to determine and plan where that positive future will take me – in every aspect of my life. Thank you!

As a way of acknowledging and recognizing the significance of Lifebook for me, I’d like to share a story with you.

On the last day of the program this week, I was outside tending my garden, when I noticed a caterpillar cheekily eating his way through the small developing crown of one of my young sunflower plants. I thought ‘how clever’, because he was camouflaged and could easily have succeeded in ending the poor sunflower’s potential to bloom and to produce seeds for the future.
After quickly capturing and disposing of the caterpillar, I later contemplated how this encounter could well be viewed as a metaphor for my engagement with the Mindvalley programs. How?
Before completing the Conscious Uncoupling program, I could have been likened to the young sunflower in my garden – managing to grow tentatively tall and strong after my divorce-trauma, but remaining susceptible to the predators of personal pain and doubt.
Then Katherine Woodward-Thomas served to rescue me from the caterpillar, which could potentially have stopped me from blooming and producing seeds for growth and love into the future.
Then along came Lifebook, which has allowed me to confidently flourish and bloom, and to logically plan to fulfill my vision for a future in every area of my life. Along with also empowering me to produce and spread seeds of love and growth to others in our world.

So, what better way to represent my learning from Lifebook, than to use the image of a sunflower in full bloom, with the many bright petals highlighting my visions for my future (see picture attached!) Again, thank you SO MUCH, Jon & Missy!! You WILL see me again.
