Going deep into all these categories has shifted my perception

Before Lifebook, while fairly clear about my goals, I felt a bit more reactive. Thanks to Lifebook, I feel a greater sense of inner peace which has been an internal shift in how I see things and interact with others. And now, my life is more about getting to the heart of the matter. Going deep into all these categories has shifted my perception of how I approach things and people. It's interesting to me that something so simple (not easy), as going through this process can produce such a profound effect in such a short period of time. It all comes down to being aware and conscious of what you're doing and what you want. I started at 122, pre- Lifebook, and am now at 140. The power of thinking, feeling and acting intentionally!
