I was motivated initially to sign up for Lifebook after watching the Category 13 video online and although this is not a formal part of the course, this Category has seen the biggest shift for me & my husband; so much so that we have done our own PVPS for this Category (& in fact I am a bit late submitting this story as I was too engrossed in planning our O/N Date yesterday!).
For me it makes complete sense to include it in our Lifebooks as it is totally interconnected with all the other categories and, like all the other categories, once you are clear on what you want, it's so much easier to naturally navigate towards it.
