"Change my world through changing myself first"

I would like to start this story like you would any other, by introducing myself. My name is Ann. I am 26 years old and I stumbled upon Lifebook completely on accident about a year ago. I saw all the possibilities that it could offer me and told myself that one day it will be me who goes through it. Today, I am happy to know that I am one of the graduates of the program and that I have my own Lifebook! I graduated college with a science degree (aiming to go to the dental school) to find out that that wasn’t my calling anymore. Lost, I did not know what to do. I had all of those things I wanted to accomplish (having more energy in my body to do all the things I want, traveling the world, starting a career that truly fulfills me), with no clear view of how they could come into my life. Going through Lifebook really helped me, not only to define my goals more clearly, but to also set the strategies that would lead me to accomplishing them. It taught me that it is not just about wishing for things and writing them down, it is about willing to actually implement them into my own life and slowly but surely change my world through changing myself first. It taught me how to think like a winner and that it is possible to have it all and in abundance. As I am starting to see the reflections of this new mindset in my life, it is good to remind myself that my life may not already be exactly where I want it to be, but when you change the way you look at things around you, the things around you will change (Wayne Dyer). I started this story like every other story does, the only thing is, I do not want it to end like any other story does. Is it a success story yet? Well, some of you might think it is not. But I can assure you that it sure is on the way of becoming one.

What did my life look like before Lifebook?...Well, energetically, I suppose it looked a bit like an upward spike; a huge growth spurt. I was in a pretty good space. I had just come off of a super high from beating HPV #18 (Cervical Cancer Virus). It took me just over 2.5 years and a lot of ...
