Before Lifebook, I had already started creating something similar — without knowing about the concept, the name, or anything about it. I had realized that I was too focused on my career and finances that my life wasn't balanced. So, I had thought about the different "areas" of my life. First, I took the Ben Greenfield quest with Mindvalley to improve my health and fitness, which have been suffering for more than 20 years because of chronic back pain, which had also resulted in back surgery. As soon as I put Ben's program into place, I embarked on Jim Kwik's Superbrain quest to improve my mental area. I was thrilled that Mindvalley was helping me with all this, and then when I was thinking about dedicating a notebook, which I can refer to every day to focus on a specific area, I heard the name Lifebook. I instantly knew it was calling me. I had to check it out. I am so glad I did!
Thanks to Lifebook, I'm able to have a clearer vision for my life. I discovered that I was missing critical categories like Character. I also loved the PVPS approach which helped me understand why I want what I want, how I'm sabotaging myself from getting it, and what can I do to realize that vision for each category of my life.
And now, my life is more balanced. I do not have conflicting, contradictory visions for different areas of my life. I have a harmonious life vision. I already see a huge mental shift; I've crushed a lot of limiting beliefs, and I'm self-responsible now. I have strategies in place to improve all areas of my life in ways that will help me realize my life vision, be a happy person, and contribute in the best way possible to the world.
