"Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is Health and Fitness"

Before this Quest, my life was a mess without a direction. I wanted to do so many things, if possible all of them. After taking this Quest, I feel that there is a hope that I can achieve everything I WANT, not everything that can be achievable.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest is simple: got sick of all the advices from the internet and books. Jon & Missy told me for the first time that I can be right. 
What I was hoping to achieve was being able to give the right answers to me.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is that your life deserves a high-level thinking.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is Health and Fitness, where I implemented my first habit during the program. It is a micro habit, but since I started, 30 days ago, only one day I skipped it.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are: I'm the only one responsible for my life, wealth creation is based on the value created, and fights in any relationships are an indicator that both do not see the whole picture.
The biggest positive change I’ve noticed is that I have patience for this process.
