"After starting and completing this program (6 weeks), I started to go to the gym again"

I have been a chemical engineer in Costa Rica for 25+ years, and managed to be successful without much stress. I studied an MBA because I wanted to become a manager (I didn´t), then I applied it to my life. I was an entrepreneur for some years, but I wasn't able to raise money for my project. I have good health and eat well.
Before this program, I had successfully set goals and achieved them in my life. That allowed me to study (a Chemical Engineering Doctorate), to contribute to my professional association (Code of Ethics, Strategic Plan, Member of the Board 10 yrs) and to my country (National Energy Plan), and to enter a new job as university professor (after several years of preparation, writing & publishing academic articles). As a positive result of the pandemic, I have now a Youtube channel (I have hundreds of hours of class recordings). My wife and I have supported each other during almost 20 years now. My initial Lifebook score was 96.
At this moment of my life, I felt stuck, I was in need of defining new goals for my life. Lifebook is the "life coaching" process I was looking for, to define the road ahead in my life and my future.
After starting and completing this program (6 weeks), I started to go to the gym again. I have been at the dentist for dental care twice. I have plans -I have taken the decision- to run for President of my professional association. I have taken the decision -no more a plan or idea- of writing a book I have in mind. I have plans to start one or more business. I have plans to visit a nutritionist and care more about my health. I have plans to learn meditation and read the Bible. As Jon -and Freddy Mercury-said, "I want it all".
Life Assessment now? 129. I think this is the result of now having a clear vision of what I want for the next five years, and a plan for doing it.
