Before I started this program, I tried to implement the Lifebook in my life. I tried many things, many spreadsheets, goal lists, but it was an overwhelmed task. Definitely, this program helped me to do a plan in order to take in practice the Lifebook. Actually, I have not so much experience doing plans and this helped me to do it.
