The areas in my life in which I have noticed the biggest changes are the willingness to forgive all of those who have harmed me, and the beautiful gift of surrender. It has overwhelmingly changed all areas of my life! I could no longer carry the emotions of anger, victimhood, jealousy and abandonment. I no longer wanted to swim in this pool of emotions! Surrendering, releasing, trusting, believing and all of the work I have done on myself has opened a gateway of love, patience, gratitude and a connection to God and my spiritual guides. I am so blessed to be guided and protected as I move forward to a level of depth in my practice that is not a chore, but a gift I get to play with, create with and grow with, deeply knowing that I can create anything I want.
