"I am actively giving up bad habits and honoring the body temple"

Before this program I was struggling to maintain a spiritual engagement and to bring to the fore things I had left in limbo. I was able to focus and internally search for the direction and willingness to say 'yes" and surrender to what will unfold. It has been a very interesting journey and I have identified goals and the blissipline to focus on them without expectations for outcome. Let it be! Do the work and love it and the gifts will come. I am actively giving up bad habits and honoring the body temple more and more. In all the pillars of life I have made adjustments because this program gave me concrete tools I could work with to do that. 
I am grateful to Michael Beckwith and inspired by him. I will revisit this Quest and the Visioning over and over.
