I’ve noticed the biggest change in my life . Particularly with my tolerance for wastefulness and laziness. My patience is shorter however I am more assertive. I learned that I was loud and strong while taking care of others but quite soft-spoken and shy when caring for myself. 
 Since the quest my self-awareness has increased as well with insights coming daily. This quest is supporting my growth transition through divorce retirement and the start of my Life!
