"Through this course I learned more about myself than I have known for a long while"

I am just starting on the path of being a coach at the age of 56, I have read numerous books and in the process of completing a formal coaching qualification (ILM level 7). But found I wanted to understand broader perspectives and new ideas not just learn about coaching models and how to apply them. Through this course I learned more about myself than I have known for a long while, it awoke a passion within me to take this forward and become the best coach I can possibly be and not be restricted by my own mental constructs or self-imposed limitations. I found the videos interesting and thought-provoking and looking to take this further with a renewed energy.
