This course has shifted my perspective to an alternate way of (un) thinking that allows what I love about being me, about being alive and the people around me to shine. My area of coaching at the moment is Karate and I applied the principles in the dojo (training hall) and the shift in my students within two weeks was very surprising. I naturally started to place a body in a different place in the hall, speak in a different way and my ability to see shifted, giving me the ability to give laser-focused feedback. This course touched areas of my life in a totally unexpected way as I searched for places to apply the information that is quite clearly universal in nature and can only do one thing - improve one's life.
