I started my journey as a life and business coach about 3 years ago with... yes, NLP training. Moving through the different levels, adding other tools to my toolbox. I worked with a few pro-bono clients and I received great feedback as well as I witnessed changes in them.
And I continued to add tools to my toolbox and never endeavored to move myself into the wide world and actively invite clients to work with me.
I know, at a cognitive level, what I need to do to move into a full-time coach and build a brand and a business around this. And still… I don’t do it.
I have an engineering and IT background so you can say that I tend to be analytical and lean on the scientific side of reality. And I am also fascinated by spirituality and the mystery of the human psyche and soul. Religion has no calling to me. I studied psychology, different spiritual teachers and paths, without committing to a specific one but gathering puzzle pieces that made soul-level sense to me and recognizing that after all, all of them are pointing to the same place: the universality of the human soul or as Michael Neil puts it: the infinite intelligence.
This course cemented for me a number of principles and ideas as well as provided me with a new perspective on leadership coaching. I feel so much more confident now that I can incorporate the teachings in my practice and yes, venture out in the world to help in the metamorphosis that some of us are aware of.
