Prior to taking this program I was struggling with much insecurity about the best approach to coaching. You hear all of these different approaches and one tends to think that is the way you have to do it even if it is not natural for you. Thanks to this program I have a much higher degree in confidence that I just need to be myself and work to enhance the basics of good coaching without fancy or elaborate techniques. To be the most authentic me I am capable of being and ask good questions to bring out the clients clarity in what they need to do to accomplish their dreams. Now I am more comfortable that I was approaching coaching properly based on my instincts.
