Before this training I was full of concepts and theory and basic knowledge on process and tools, then facing coaching conversation with a piece of paper to go over the process, after the training, now, I see the coaching as a conversation, flexible and willing to adapt based on the coachee needs flow where the coachee want to go but keep the process going to challenge them.
It has been very useful cause I feel confident and trust how to approach a conversation in a more natural but structured way
