“My coaching now feels much more authentic”

I’ve found it is all too easy to become thoroughly intimidated and overwhelmed by all the information out there about coaching and more so for business coaching. The metaphorical tools Michael Neill gives you are beautifully simple - a flashlight and mirror – which distills the essence of coaching into seeing what is behind the behavior and helping find what hasn’t been found yet. This helps me to stay focused and grounded with the crux of what matters: identifying and delivering insights – this is brilliant simplicity that is simply dynamite! My coaching now feels so much more authentic, a flow, released from the restriction of a compilation of a-b-c of tools and techniques. I can release my natural skills of curiosity and intuition to get to work and create magic. And that’s just profoundly liberating and empowering!
