No seguimento de realizar o programa Hero, Genius, Legend passei a ter muito mais energia e ânimo pela vida, comecei a ter atenção aos pequenos detalhes que me fazem a mim feliz e aos que me rodeiam, aumentei a actividade física e estou retirei várias coisas tóxicas da minha vida. Sinto-me mais completo e alinhado com os meus valores e isso transmite-se às pessoas que me rodeiam. Valeu cada minuto de palavras inspiradoras e horas a pensar nas várias questões de fundo que me foram sendo colocadas :) Obrigado Robin!
