I live in Mexico City. I helped my daughter open her bakery five years ago. She got married last year and in January of this year, 2020, she went to Europe to study her MBA; she will be back in December. This is the reason why I am the General Manager of Cocco this year. It was going to be a challenge for me but I was very enthusiastic about doing it.
Little would I have known that the challenge would reinforce itself with the Coronavirus. Our bakery has survived these difficult times and I am very thankful for it.
I think this program will help me go further, with more force and commitment. I hope I will be able to see what I am really capable of in the long run. Thank you.
