"This journey was about more than just losing weight—it was about reclaiming my health, future, and identity"

Before this program, I felt weighed down by a 35-pound suit that no longer fit the person I wanted to be. It wasn’t just a physical burden—it held me back emotionally, keeping me from living with ease and joy. My inconsistent habits, lack of exercise, and reliance on sugar created a cycle of frustration and inflammation. With my blood pressure climbing into Stage 2 Hypertension, change was no longer optional—it was essential. I knew it was time to reclaim my health and reconnect with the vibrant, authentic self I knew was within me. 
Thanks to this program, I let go of the “BRULE” that it’s too hard for women over 50 to lose weight during menopause. Instead, I learned meaningful health rituals to guide me each day. Anti-inflammatory foods, based on my Viome report, helped reduce cravings and boost my energy, cognitive function, and gut health. Strength workouts and walking became natural parts of my routine, not chores. I learned to resist the pull of old patterns and replaced them with habits that nourished my body and mind. 
Hydration and mindful eating became second nature, and I found joy in whole foods and daily movement. Journaling and meditation kept me grounded, giving me a sense of gratitude throughout the journey. With each pound I released, I felt lighter moving closer to my true self. 
Now, I move through life with flow and purpose. My blood pressure is steadily improving, and the energy I feel shines through every part of my day. Self-care is now a priority. I listen to my body with kindness and respond with love. This transformation has inspired me to share my journey with others, encouraging them to embrace their own growth. The hope that guided me remains my anchor, helping me stay on track and avoid slipping back into old habits. 
This journey was about more than just losing weight—it was about reclaiming my health, future, and identity. I’ve shed 20 pounds, and the road ahead is full of possibility. Life is no longer something to endure—it’s something to embrace, fully and authentically.
