During last 7 years however I have been struggling with stress related problems. I went through two burnouts, depression, broken leg, change of career, relationship struggle, etc. Even though during these years I have learned a lot about how stress affects our body and how to calm it down, This Everyday Bliss quest has brought me many new insights. It´s short yet informative lessons with Paul, hypnotic audio track and many quick and great new techniques have helped me heal even more. I feel much more relaxed during days and stressful situations in life does not seem to bother me as much. During this quest I also had a few AHA moments. One of them was an underlying stressor that have stressed me in my everyday life for 22 years that I did not know about. It helped me shift my attention to it and address it. Many of the knowledge I got from the lessons I also thought out to my children, 9 and 12. Especially our daughter gets easily overwhelmed and anxious and using some of the calming techniques has really help to calm her nervous system down. I am truly grateful and happy to have been able to do this quest and can warmly recommend it to everyone! With love, Diana ?
