"This Everyday Bliss quest has brought me many new insights"

Brilliant short, informative lessons filled with easy effective techniques have made my life more blissful! We all go through stressful moments in our lives. This quest gives us an underlying feeling of calm as well as teaches us easy, quick, and effective techniques that we can use in different situations. I would recommend this quest to anyone: from busy career people who want to learn a few skills how to go through tuff periods easier to persons who suffer from stress related diseases. I think company leaders, health practitioners, coaches and teachers could benefit from these techniques in their work. I have been living a busy life for most of my adult life. Having career, renovating house, small children, etc. Always trying to do more, learn more, achieve more. I thought that I had everything under control and that O would not be affected by stress negatively, because I was stronger than that. 

During last 7 years however I have been struggling with stress related problems. I went through two burnouts, depression, broken leg, change of career, relationship struggle, etc. Even though during these years I have learned a lot about how stress affects our body and how to calm it down, This Everyday Bliss quest has brought me many new insights. It´s short yet informative lessons with Paul, hypnotic audio track and many quick and great new techniques have helped me heal even more. I feel much more relaxed during days and stressful situations in life does not seem to bother me as much. During this quest I also had a few AHA moments. One of them was an underlying stressor that have stressed me in my everyday life for 22 years that I did not know about. It helped me shift my attention to it and address it. Many of the knowledge I got from the lessons I also thought out to my children, 9 and 12. Especially our daughter gets easily overwhelmed and anxious and using some of the calming techniques has really help to calm her nervous system down. I am truly grateful and happy to have been able to do this quest and can warmly recommend it to everyone! With love, Diana ?
