Before joining Evercoach Membership, I questioned my coaching techniques because I never had a chance to get feedback from other coaches. After becoming a member of this fantastic tribe, I gained insight into my own coaching style, learned amazing techniques from powerful coaches I worked with, and also observed the process happening and seeing its effect from an outside perspective. The membership offers a unique opportunity- at least I've never seen it with any other programs- to get into coaching pods with 2 other coaches and to practice coaching, to be coached and to observe coaching. All I can say is that if you want to improve your coaching skills rapidly, gain huge amounts of experience, learn to coach to get results quickly and improve your network, there is no better place to go.
