Before joining Evercoach Membership, I questioned my coaching techniques because I never had a chance to get feedback from other coaches.
After becoming a member of this fantastic tribe, I gained insight into my own coaching style, learned amazing techniques from powerful coaches I worked with, and also observed the process happening and seeing its effect from an outside perspective.
The membership offers a unique opportunity- at least I've never seen it with any other programs- to get into coaching pods with 2 other coaches and to practice coaching, to be coached and to observe coaching.
