When I joined Evercoach I didn't know what I needed. I thought I knew. But I didn't. Having done this quest, I can confidently say that there is so much available to coaches of any stage in their coaching journey, from 'never coached anyone to 'been coaching for years.
This dynamic quest allows us to practice coaching, be coached, learn new techniques, discover our strengths and weaknesses and most importantly, help us be the coaches we always wanted to be. It has taught me how to listen even more deeply, to share insights without judgment and lose the stuck feeling I had when reaching out to potential clients.
