How do you Impact Leaders by understanding the principles of how human beings actually work? 🤔

It'll be hard - virtually impossible even - to describe the insights, my transformation as a coach and person, and the power of the mastermind group as outcomes from the Evercoach by Mindvalley quest 'Impacting Leaders' by mastercoach Michael Neill.

Trying to capture this in this post would bring no justice to the transformative power of the course, so I'll limit myself to a few thoughts that may cause confusion and resistance in the beginning, but have a limitless force once we start 'getting it'.

How Human Beings Actually Work - The 3 different principles:

1. The Principle of Thought: Thought is just a creative energy that comes in through the brain, and comes out as individual thoughts. It's not what you think, but that within you that allows you to think.

2. The Principle of Consciousness: What allows us to decide what thoughts to create and how much they can affect our reality. It's that within us which informs our senses to be aware of an experience.

3. Principle of Mind: The energy and intelligence behind the system.

When you combine these 3 principles is when you have the human experience.

Thought has an Innate Intelligence
The nature of the mind has infinite create potential, and because everything comes from this energy, we do not have to control our thinking.

Problem Solving
The size of the problem is the volume of the thinking you have about it. Trust the space within: When you make space in your Mind, the Innate Intelligence brings you new relevant thoughts.

Performance and Productivity
Performance is a direct reflection to your state of mind. Productivity is a measure of the relationship between effort and reward. Engagement makes time flow, as time is made of thought.

Managing Pressure and Stress
There is no such thing as high-pressure, high-stress situations or environments. Pressure and stress exist only in your Thoughts. Feelings of pressure and stress are nothing more than stressful thoughts and the pressure of a lot of thoughts all at once.

Decision Making
Overthinking is what makes decision making difficult. The "unknown" is just the "not yet created". Safe is not the same as familiar. Learn to be more curious than afraid.
