The Reality Check Coming into this program, I wasn’t looking for "get rich quick" schemes; I was looking for a roadmap. My story throughout these weeks has been one of shedding old patterns. My Victories & Challenges
• The Struggle: My biggest hurdle was the internal shift—moving from a “I am not enough” to a founder mindset( I was born for this)
• Overcoming the "imposter syndrome"
• The Win: I successfully streamlined my primary business workflow. By applying the frameworks taught here, I managed to reclaim roughly 10 hours a week that were previously lost to "busy work," allowing me to focus on high-level strategy.
Goals Achieved Through the guidance of this program, I have:
1. Defined My North Star: I moved past vague ideas and codified a mission statement that actually drives my daily decisions.
2. Validated My Model: I stress-tested my current business offerings against the program’s metrics and cut out two services that were draining resources without providing ROI.
