Through out my life I was happy, positive, energetic and grateful. then there was a turning point in my life... I changed my home-country, I actually lost my country to war... I got married and became a mother.... too much in a short period and suddenly I became this uncertain person! I lost my energy and struggled to cope with my life' new rhythm. beside the emotional-change, my body was at difficulty too! with 2 births and early menopause, injuries and unusual pains started to crib in on daily bases... I had this feeling that I lost control over me! Gratefully I have a husband who listened and together we tried to find solutions, through nutrition, through different methods of massages, through yoga and Homeopathy...etc. as a result I started to develop this deep belief in human as a whole and the more I discovered, the more I was hungry to know.. this is how I found my way to Mindvalley and this incredible "Energy Medicine" quest by the amazing Donna and David!!! it made absolute sense since day one! I was able to gradually heel from my physical and emotional pains! joy and gratitude found their way back to my heart... and as a result, I could spread this energy and joy to my kids and loved ones. the beauty about this whole experience is not just the "heeling"... it's the great discovery of what it really means to be a human being!!
