Before this program I had in-depth knowledge of Reiki and movement. As a dance instructor, I am very aware of my place in space and feel energy. I know that when I move, my energy is uplifted. I didn’t understand the WHY of it all. I loved learning about moving energies through meridians, which I had very little knowledge of before this program. Now I am able to add simple adjustments to my children's dance and yoga classes In order to help them also balance their energy through movement. Thank you for this opportunity.
