Before the program, I was exploring a program that would give me daily, practical and meaningful steps to facilitate my daily life journey, dealing better with stress, be confident that whenever I become not grounded or not aligned will use one of the tools to fix it. Diagnosing what going on inside my body whether emotionally, mentally, or spiritually has been always a challenge.
I have learned many modalities in healing and coaching. However, thanks to this program that I am enjoying the session from A-Z, applying every tool and tips that have been shared, and am already feeling and thinking like what I would like to think and feel. What's so exciting that this impact is just from the first week.
