Before watching the introductory session advertising this course, I was feeling really low physically and emotionally. I was astonished at how rapidly and my mood and energy transformed from a couple of simple hand exercises. I chose this course because I am highly sensitive to my environment and want to improve my physical health and connection to my soul so I can launch a new career expressing myself creatively in service to others.
