This was an excellent program and I cannot wait to take the next one of Jeffrey’s- transcendence. He had a ton of great techniques to release old beliefs and his meditations are great.
This class happened to me at the time that I was looking for something like this. You got love synchronicity. It really did help me grow quite a bit and improve different areas of my life. I love his style and as a teacher, I find him very supportive, gentle and nurturing. That’s hard to convey through video but he does it exquisitely. Thank you Jeffrey!
