The reason I enrolled in this quest was to learn more about the subtle energies. What I hope to discover is how to become more aware of these subtle energies and not be as perplexed by them. I feel that if I deepen my understanding of them I will be able to connect more with what is actually around me rather then distancing myself due to being feeling uneasy or fearful.
