I’ve started week four, and I am so happy that I’ve decided to take this course. The main reason was to create good boundaries and it started to happen from week one. Today I used the rose during seeing the news on television (not so good news, of course…) it worked :). It seems that boundaries can be created not only regarding other people, it is also very effective with negative information that surrounds us from all kinds of media. thank you very much Jeffrey.
