That was unbelievable *hugely* helpful for me

First of all, my name is Hamed, I am 29 years old. I am Iranian but right now I study master's of computer science in Germany.Generally, I found Mindvalley as an institute, which really wants to be the best in Human growth. Since I am still a student, I mostly enjoy free Mindvalley materials on YouTube, so the Email of the Summit instantly attracted me. My important transformations after Mindvalley Summit: 1. I don't want to compliment myself, but although I know I am good-looking whether facial and boy, and I am as smart as normal people, I have many difficulties in social relationships. I feel it is because of my mother, who had rigorous rules. So I had a stupid problem, that I didn't know what to do in any social event. For example, even where to look at, what to say and how to approach people or continue a discussion. In Summit 2021, I attended the program, which was about self-confidence and hypnosis. He said close your eyes, imagine you are sitting in a cinema, see all the occasions, where you messed up, then imagine yourself very confident in all those occasions and focus to yourself, the way you're standing, the way you talk and etc. That was unbelievable *hugely* helpful for me. Some days after Summit, I had a meeting about a project I am working on and by using this technique I behaved incredibly appropriately and everything went well. 2. I did not know about Omvana application, and I heard about it at the Summit. I downloaded it and it has a lot of awesome free meditation and classes and light music and sounds. I am using it every day and the calmness it brings me makes me very good in all areas of my life. I am so so so much thankful for all the Mindvalley staff and I wish them much more health, success and wealth. I am hoping to be a Mindvalley member soon. Thank you for reading my story. Hamed
