I just watched the [Energy Healing 101] video this morning and did the meditation. I chose to heal chronic pain in my feet. When I looked for where this was located in the body I found that it was actually in my core — stomach and chest — and want to report that when I moved the energy out, I REALLY FELT IT MOVE!! My heart and chest feel more open and spacious now. Fun side note is towards the end of the video, I actually saw Jeffrey surrounded by a white light and it was also radiating from his hands. No kidding!!! Have a great day everyone!!
