I was drawn to Mindvalley and then Jeffrey’s webinar via another Group I am a member of and instantly felt like this was something I needed. I am very cautious about signing up to things as soon as costs are introduced as I always want to invest for my highest good but I instantly knew the Duality course was everything I didn’t even know I was looking for.
I love the way Jeffrey teaches and his vibe instantly makes me feel safe. I have just completed the first of 8 weeks and for the first time I feel safe, it’s like all the dots are starting to connect, I find myself nodding and smiling away through his lessons and I love the meditations and the students Q&As. I feel like the initial grounding work and ultimately this energy work is blessing me with invaluable tools to use for not only myself but for the greater good. I know this will have a huge positive impact on the other practices and interests I already have and bring them all together.
